SPL fanzone: Inverness CT

After a confidence-boosting win over Kilmarnock, our “momentum” has been interrupted by the International break. In our case, this probably isn’t a bad thing. The injury list has gone from bad to worse so, hopefully, a week off will allow much-needed recovery time. Terry Butcher’s new side has struggled to find any rhythm so far and has also found it difficult in both attack and defence. We also find it hard to concentrate for a full 90 minutes.

Two more new boys have been added to the squad to ease the injury crisis and introduce some competition for places, but it’s also another two players who will have to get used to the SPL way of life. Our luck is bound to change but we can’t continue to bemoan these hard-luck stories. Sometimes you have to make your own luck and just go for it.
