Serious injury to Stenhousemuir player as match with Stirling Albion is abandoned in freezing conditions

Northern Irish left-back McCracken, who signed for the club on Christmas Eve, was knocked unconscious just before the half-hour mark following a collision and after receiving treatment for several minutes, an ambulance arrived pitchside to take the 22-year-old to hospital.
Referee Chris Graham then decided to call the match off with conditions deteriorating rapidly in freezing temperatures, with Stirling leading 1-0 thanks to a 14th-minute goal from Dominic Docherty.
