GLASGOW, Scotland (AP) - Stephen McManus headed a dramatic winner seven minutes into second-half stoppage time as Scotland came from behind to defeat Liechtenstein 2-1 in European Championship qualifying on Tuesday.

In the last play of the match, Barry Robson swung over a corner and McManus rose high to head into the corner and put Scotland top of Group I on four points.

Liechtenstein captain Mario Frick curled home a superb finish in the 46th minute to give his team a shock lead at Hampden Park.

Scotland, which failed to direct a shot on target in the first half, had the crowd on its back before Kenny Miller equalized in the 63rd minute with an exquisite volley.

It was Liechtenstein's second successive defeat in qualifying.
