Celtic star Erik Sviatchenko has slammed Scotland’s Liam Bridcutt for a tackle he reckons could have broken his leg and wrecked his dream of a double in his first season at Parkhead.

Raging Denmark boss Age Hareide also hit out at Bridcutt, insisting the “horrific” lunge could have ended Sviatchenko’s career after the stopper was poleaxed by the sub 10 minutes from the end of Scotland’s 1-0 win in a friendly that threatened to explode at Hampden. (Record)
