Blackburn interested in Charlie Mulgrew

Blackburn Rovers are looking to snap up Celtic midfielder Charlie Mulgrew on a pre-contract.

Mulgrew was the subject of a scouting mission by Rovers scout Tommy Johnson, who used to play for Celtic in the late-90s.
