Massone Hearts bid goes through

Controversial former Livingston owner Angelo Massone has reportedly handed in a last minute bid for Hearts, just hours after fans’ favourite the Foundation of Hearts put in their proof of funding.

FoH were the only group to meet the 5pm deadline, but sources claim that Massone’s 9pm offer would give creditors twice as much cash as the FoH. (Daily Mail)

Graeme Souness could have returned to Rangers

Graeme Souness says he would have worked at Ibrox for free if Brian Kennedy had bought Rangers.

The ex-manager had been touted by Kennedy as having a role in the club, possibly giving assistance to Ally McCoist. (Scotsman)

Hooper set for QPR

Gary Hooper is about to seal a £5m deal to leave Celtic for QPR.
