‘No Rangers bid’ for Diagouraga

BRENTFORD have insisted that they have received no bids from Rangers for highly-rated defensive midfielder Toumani Diagouraga.

Rangers withdraw rights of four shareholders

The Ibrox side have withdrawn the rights of four club shareholders to vote, trade their stake or collect a dividend, according to reports.

Blue Pitch Holdings, Putney Holdings Limited, Norne Anstalt and ATP Investments Limited are the four companies, and until ownership details are provided, the shares the firms hold are effectively worthless. (The Scotsman)

Oshaniwa on the cusps of Hearts move

The Nigerian international has revealed his delight at finally being granted a UK visa to complete his move to Hearts. Oshaniwa should fly into Edinburgh today after collecting his passport in Abuja and has spoke of his delight to finally be on his way to Gorgie:

McNamara confident about ‘new look’ United

The Tannadice boss admitted that the previous season had grinded to a halt after the sale of Stuart Armstrong and Gary Mackay-Steven to Celtic in the January transfer window, but he believes that new signings Rodney Sneijder and Darko Bodul are looking to make a positive impact: “It was difficult for us in January for different reasons. McInnes warns of Kairat threat for Dons
