Hearts aim to thwart Jamie Walker move
Hearts hope to ward off sustained Rangers interest in midfielder Jamie Walker by offering him a new contract that will make him the highest paid player at Tynecastle. Rangers have already had three bids for the 24-year-old thrown out by Tynecastle chiefs and with Walker entering the final year of his contract, the Gers hope they can land him before the transfer window closes. McKinnon: I won’t see Robertson cash
Dundee United manager Ray McKinnon has revealed he won’t see a penny of any windfall the Tannadice club receive if Andy Robertson leaves Hull for Liverpool. The Scotland left-back is expected to join the Reds later this week for £8million and due to sell-on clause inserted in the deal to take Robertson to Humberside, United will receive a proportion of the fee.
