'Who knows': Neraysho Kasanwirjo lifts lid on Rangers future and Philippe Clement after stunning Dutch double
Rangers defender Neraysho Kasanwirjo impressed for Netherlands Under-21s in their 3-0 Euro 2025 victory over Sweden, providing two assists in the first-half for the in-form young Oranje.
The Dutch ended their qualification campaign with an 100 per cent record and Kasanwirjo, who is on loan from Feyenoord, put in a storming performance at Gofferstadion in Nijmegen.

Speaking after the match, Kasanwirjo said to Dutch media of his loan move to Rangers: "I have been well received in Scotland. The trainer [Philippe Clement] is very direct and I need that." When quizzed on his long-term future at his parent club, he answered: “Feyenoord next year? Who knows ..."
Kasanwirjo was not the only Rangers player in international action on Monday night, with Nedim Bajrami playing 77 minutes of Albania’s impressive Nations League 1-0 win away at Georgia. Winger Vaclav Cerny played 58 minutes for Czechia as they drew 1-1 with Ukraine in Wroclaw.
