Scottish Premiership clubs are continuing their preparations for the coming season – just 24 days until the league is scheduled to kick-off – as pre-season training camps are planned and friendlies arranged. Only teams are still waiting for the green light from the Scottish Government for them to be played.
As for the clubs in the lower leagues, they too are waiting for confirmation as to when they can return to training, albeit a less pressing issue with the season not set to start until October.

Rangers target signs new deal
Rangers target Rayhaan Tulloch has signed a new long-term deal with West Brom.
Back in May, the Ibrox side were hopeful they would entice the player north of the border despite interest from Premier League clubs.
However, he has committed his future to the Baggies and is hopeful of getting plenty of first-team opportunities.
Italian giants in talks with Celtic ace
According to reports in Italy, AC Milan have started making moves for Celtic ace Kristoffer Ajer.
The Serie A giants have approached the players’ agent regarding a switch with Ralf Ragnick set to take over.
Ajer has only recently changed agents.
It is reported Ajer could be part of a £70m triple swoop.
New deal for Hibs target?
Ross County want to tie down star forward Ross Stewart to a new contract.
The 23-year-old has been linked with Hibs, as well as clubs down south, following an impressive season in the top-flight with the Staggies.
His current deal expires at the end of the coming campaign.
County boss Stuart Kettlewell said: “We are pretty proactive in this situation and well versed on how it all works. We just have to see how this situation pans out. I would love to be able to say Ross has signed an extension but I can’t do that at this stage.”
