Scotland’s success in qualifying for Euro 2020 has brought the national team to the forefront of the sporting agenda with key Nations League clashes in addition. Steve Clarke’s men know a win on Wednesday against the Czech Republic will see promotion to League A and a second chance of World Cup 2022 qualification, if required.
For so long, fans have viewed the international break as a chore. Something to be tolerated rather than enjoyed. But that may no longer be the case after a wait of more than 22 years to return to a tournament.
We will have all the latest from around Scottish football throughout the day as it happens.

- Tav tipped for Premier League interest
Gerrard job not in danger if no league win
Steven Gerrard’s Rangers job won’t be in danger if the club fail to win the Premiership reckons former England team-mate Gabriel Agbonlahor.
The Ibrox side currently have a nine point lead over rivals Celtic, albeit they have played two games more.
Agbonlahor told Football Insider: "Before he went to Rangers it was guaranteed Celtic win every season, now he’s making it closer. This season, for sure, it’s going to be even closer, the title race, it could go all the way."
Tavernier tipped for PL interest
Former England international Kevin Phillips reckons James Tavernier’s Rangers form will provoke interest from Premier League clubs.
The right-back has had an excellent season so far with 12 goals and a hat-full of assists to boot.
Phillips told Football Insider: “It is the sort of stat that Premier League teams will start to take notice of and come January a team that needs a right-back may come in for him. Long may his form continue.”
