It is set to be another big week in Scottish football as the transfer window continues to develop, clubs in the lower reaches continue their preparations for the new season and a trio of big European matches with Aberdeen, Motherwell and Rangers all in Europa League action.
In addition, Celtic play one of their games in hand following the postponement caused by Boli Bolingoli as they face St Mirren who are set to welcome back one goalkeeper.

1. Hladky's Old Firm admission
Former St Mirren goalkeeper Vaclav Hladky has admitted he had interest from both Celtic and Rangers in recent times. The Czech ace signed fro English side Salford this summer. 2. Celtic bid for defender 'rejected'
Celtic are set to make a third bid for Charlton Athletic full-back Alfie Doughty a second was rejected. Neil Lennon is said to be on the look out for a new left-back after the departure of Boli Bolingoli. The 20-year-old is highly rated and could be available for a free next summer with his contract to expire, however the Scottish champions will look to land him for £800k. 3. Preston send clubs a warning
Preston North End have issued a strong statement regarding speculation in their players. Celtic and Rangers have been linked with moves for Ben Davies and Daniel Johnson respectively.
