A Saturday without any competitive football in Scotland. It brings back painful memories of all those weeks and months without football. Yet, the coronavirus impact in the SPFL continues to be felt. Only three of the four scheduled Premiership matches went ahead on Friday evening following SIX positive tests at Kilmarnock.
However, the Saturday off can allow clubs to concentrate on the transfer window which will shut on Monday. Those final pieces of the puzzle can be put in place with many clubs looking to do business in the next 72 hours or so.

5. Hearts want Kingsley
Hearts plan to sign left-back Stephen Kingsley before the transfer window closes on Monday. But it will be dependent on whether they can move on one of their own players. 6. Gerrard eyes at least one
Steven Gerrard has confirmed Rangers are looking to make at least one new signing before the close of the transfer window on Monday. 7. Gerrard coy on Besic link
One such player could be Everton midfielder Mo Besic. The Bosnian ace is out of favour at Goodison Park having been on loan the past few seasons. 8. Challenge Cup postponed
The SPFL have confirmed the 2020/21 Challenge Cup has been cancelled. A decision was taken after discussions with the 42 clubs over the feasibility of the competition.
