Rangers and Celtic meet for the fourth time this season in today’s Scottish Cup last 16 clash at Ibrox.

The teams could not be seperated in the most recent fixture at Celtic Park last month, the 1-1 draw coming after Rangers had already clinched the title, having won both the previous Old Firm derbies, 2-0 at Parkhead in October before a 1-0 win at Ibrox in January.

Today is the first time the two rivals have met at this stage of the competition in a decade, where an infamous fifth round replay on March 2, 2011 saw Celtic emerge victorious 1-0 thanks to a Mark Wilson goal after Rangers had three players red carded.

If this afternoon’s match has half the drama then we’re in for a treat.
