How the Rangers players rated in the club's 5-0 Europea League victory over Lincoln Red Imps
Steven Gerrard's Rangers side are in the next round of the Europa League thanks to a comfortable 5-0 win over Lincoln Red Imps.
Any prospect of following in Celtic’s footsteps and being humbled in Gibraltar were put to the side early on when James Tavernier dispatched a free-kick into the far corner of the net.
Connor Goldson gave the away side a two-goal cushion before the half with a header from a free-kick.
After surviving a brief scare, substitute Alfredo Morelos made sure of the win with a simple finish. The Colombian netted again with a lovely dink late on, but only after fellow-sub Jermain Defoe joined his team-mate on the scoresheet.
