How the Rangers players rated in 1-1 Old Firm draw at Celtic Park

Rangers remain unbeaten after Alfredo Morelos headed in the equaliser against Celtic during the third Old Firm derby of the season, which took a while to get going.

Events elsewhere overshadowed the start of the game with both sides standing an refusing to ‘take the knee’ in the now customary anti-racism gesture.

When matters turned to football a smouldering start lit up after 23 minutes when Moi Elyounoussi gave the home side the lead – only to see the effort cancelled out by Alfredo Morelos’ 55th goal for Rangers and first in an Old Firm encounter.

Ryan Kent and Elyounoussi again were denied by great saves from Scott Bain and Allan McGregor as the tempo increased with half-time approaching.

The second half was more of the same in the spring sunshine on Glasgow’s East End and though Steven Gerrard rang the changes the sides couldn't be separated and neither goalkeeper was truly worked in the second period.

Gerrard has never experienced a level Old Firm ending before but here is how his Rangers players rated in the first derby-day draw for the manager.
