The Ibrox star was introduced in the 67th minute as the Finnish national team – who are ranked 55th in Fifa's world rankings – claimed a 2-0 friendly win in the Stade de France on Wednesday evening.

Brentford striker Marcus Forss and fellow debutant Onni Valakari struck twice in the space of three first-half minutes to stun the hosts.

Kamara earned his 25th cap when he replaced striker Rasmus Karjalainen with 23 minutes remaining to help close out the victory.

Elsewhere, there was a coronavirus scare for Rangers team mate Borna Barisic after Croatia vice captain Domagoj Vida returned a positive COVID-19 test, and had to be substituted at half time of their 3-3 draw with Turkey.

Barisic, who was an unused substitute, returned a negative test and will travel to Stockholm as planned for the Sweden game this weekend.
