Rangers and Castore have unveiled the home kit for next season, with club captain James Tavernier and star attacking midfielder Ianis Hagi among those modelling the latest effort.

The shirt marks the first Rangers kit effort by the Liverpool-founded brand, and features a unique, technical collar design and each kit is embroidered with “The spirit of Bill Struth will carry on” in memory of the managing great.

The front sports a navy wave design, inspired by “the Blue Sea of Ibrox”.

The jersey is inspired by classic Rangers designs of the past, celebrating the club’s history.

‘More high quality products in the coming weeks’

James Bisgrove, the director of the club’s commercial and marketing operations lauded the English brand’s first kit design.

He said: “The 20/21 Home kit is a significant milestone moment and first step in our exciting new journey with Castore, as the clubs new kit and retail partner.

“We’re looking forward to seeing Rangers supporters both at Ibrox and all around the world wearing the new Castore kits and unveiling more bespoke high-quality Rangers products in the coming weeks.

“We firmly believe the Castore partnership will enable the club to reach our full commercial potential and, in turn, allow us to provide maximum support to Ross, Steven and the first team squad.”

Price

The short sleeve edition of the shirt is available to purchase for £60 adults and £45 for juniors.

Long sleeve shirts are slightly more at £70.

A short sleeve kit featuring the name and number of a player is £75.

Standard delivery of the jersey costs £5.

The jersey is available to pre-order immediately at rangers.co.uk

The first 50,000 units ordered will be delivered on August 1.
