The online survey asks for fans’ views on engagement with the club, the matchday experience at Ibrox, and the importance of fan representation within Rangers.
The survey also asks fans for their views on a possible membership scheme with benefits for the club’s supporters. According to the club, the survey will be promoted across multiple channels to over 1.2 million people.
The survey is the first element of the Ready to Listen initiative, launched by CEO Graham Wallace and manager Ally McCoist today.
Wallace said: “A key element of looking at how the Club operates and engages is to understand what is important to Rangers supporters.
“If we can obtain their constructive input and suggestions then we can develop a comprehensive insight into what is needed to address the areas that are important to the fans.
“We are in the process of rebuilding how the Club operates and based on feedback from many supporters, it is clear that there is a need for professional business management, honest conversation, transparency and greater communication to allow us to move forward together.”
Ally McCoist said: “Our fans have shown unbelievable passion, commitment and support for their Club since the dark days of administration and it is only right our loyal fanbase has a major say going forward.
“The launch of this survey is just the start of Graham’s plan to increase and enhance fan engagement and I am sure our supporters worldwide will be keen to have an input.”

Earlier, Rangers confirmed reports that shareholders in the club were discussing a possible £1.5 million loan to the club to cover costs and provide “working capital”.
