Rangers ‘chase Tottenham youngster Harry Winks’
New boss Mark Warburton has already expressed his intent to utilise the loan market in order to strengthen his squad at Ibrox.
According to the Daily Record, the first player on his wish-list is the 19-year old midfielder.

Hide AdWinks made his first-team debut for the North London club last season and is highly thought of at White Hart Lane.
Whether the club, and player, would be happy for Winks to drop into the second tier of Scottish football remains to be seen.
However, Warburton is said to have a good relationship with Tottenham and used his connections to snag Alex Pritchard on a year’s loan deal while at Brentford last season.
That agreement was beneficial for all parties and its success may persuade Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino to trust Warburton with one of his young stars once more.
Meanwhile, Warburton is still hopeful of landing veteran midfielder John Eustace despite the player returning to Derby having not signed a contract following talks with the Ibrox club.
The 35-year old is available on a free transfer with Leeds United and Burnley also said to be chasing his signature.
