Charlie Miller accused of urinating in Ibrox street
The 38-year-old was taken to Helen Street police office on November 16 office where he spent the rest of the weekend in the cells.
Miller, from Bishopbriggs, Glasgow, is accused of failing to give the police two breath samples at the police station.

Hide AdHe also faces a charge of urinating on Woodville Street in Glasgow’s Ibrox area.
Miller, appeared in the dock for a pre-trial hearing today at Glasgow’s Justice of the Peace Court and was represented by defence lawyer Neil Kilcoyne.
He maintained his plea of not guilty and the case was continued to trial next month.
Professional footballer Miller started with Rangers in 1993 until 1999. During some of that time he was on loan to Leicester City and Watford.
He has also played for Dundee, Norwegian team SK Brann and Australian team Gold Coast United before going to Clyde in February 2011 where he was released from at the end of the season.
