'Last 16 brace yourselves, Rangers are coming', 'Relentless', 'Morelos unplayable': Rangers fans react to Europa League win over Royal Antwerp

Rangers fans are lining up their preferred options for the last 16 of the UEFA Europa League after another high-scoring victory over Royal Antwerp.

Alfredo Morelos had a stand-out performance from an all-round impressive attacking display from Rangers, but again the defensive side made it a less comfortable evening – however Arsenal, Molde, Grenada and AC Milan are in the mix with Rangers in tomorrow’s draw – and the fans couldn’t be happier.

@GNorthcott83: “Good grief Mr Rangers, my nerves could not take another match like last week… until tonight. Nought like a 14-goal thriller over two legs for the nerves. Well done @RangersFC and bring on the big draw tomorrow..... I am off bed after watching that…”

Paul Sinclair: “Amazing performance over two legs. Fantastic to see young Patterson doing well. Looking forward to the draw tomorrow.”

Tyler Smith: “What a couple of European matches. Last 16 brace yourselves, RANGERS ARE COMING. Oh how times have changed. Well done Nathan Patterson you have handled yourself very well, great finish. What about Alfredo Morelos absolutely unplayable tonight, his overall game has improved drastically. When he performs like that he is head and shoulders above anyone else in the country. No one comes close.”

@CF3Loyal: “Steven Gerrard’s Rangers in Europe are RELENTLESS. Another brilliant night in Europe, thoroughly entertaining - the complete opposite of Walter Smith’s side in 2008. We cannot defend like that in the next round but I can’t wait for the draw tomorrow because WE ARE THROUGH!”

Steven Whitelaw: “I’ve never been Morelos’ biggest fan, but he was brilliant tonight...this is the kind of performance I would consistently like to see..defence is still suspect but the most pleasing thing for me tonight...the raw emotion on Patterson’s face when he scored...get in wee man.”Tom Scope: “That is the best all round performance by Alfie in his Rangers career I personally think, have to defend better or we may all get dodgy tickers. Pleased for Patterson think it has really hit home how silly he was but he’s come in and proved his pride of playing for our club.”
