Jack Simpson arrives at Glasgow Airport ahead of permanent Rangers move

Jack Simpson has arrived at Glasgow Airport as he closing in on a January transfer deadline day move to Rangers.

The 24-year-old was initially set to join the Ibrox side in the summer after agreeing a pre-contract earlier this month.

However, Rangers have moved to secure the player for the rest of the 2020/21 campaign and agreed a deal with Bouremouth for the centre-back to arrive early.

Rangers also look set to bring in Aberdeen’s Scott Wright this month after coming to terms on a per-contract.
