The Rangers boss has made a number of changes as he looks for his players to get back to winning ways following the Betfred Cup defeat to St Mirren.

Here’s what the fans had to say on social media:

@Gazzacusgxo: “Gotta win today or that little.doubt will start to creep in after midweek. Delighted to see Defoe start, he gives us something different in box.”

@adamski152: “Great to see Helander back in, happy with that. Still think he shades it over Balogun overall. Midfield three is our best so far this season but not used as much in these type of games. As always need to get forward and support really well. Can’t argue with Defoe coming in.”

@JHC17626935: “Zungu, Aribo and Itten all failed to take their opportunity on Wednesday, all back out. Strong side, 3 points a must.”

@WATPcs4: “Would maybe of swapped Hagi n Arfield after midweek but then again Arfield scores a lot v these.”

@ScottCrosbie6: “Sincerely hope there’s a plan B for if their players man mark tav and goldson.”

@petera1872: “Exact team I’d have went for....no excuses....all down to the players now. We need a reaction.”

@DavidIainSmith: “4-0 Rangers. Would like to see Kent have a MotM performance today.”

@JohnMacdoj2: “Good to see Helander back. Looking forward to seeing Roofe and Defoe up front together. Win at all costs please.”

@J_RFC62: “Very dissapointed that none of my usual ‘scapegoats’ are playing today. Hopefully Itten comes on so i can release more negative tweets.”
