1. Barisic Covid scare
Rangers star Borna Barisic has tested negative for coronavirus on international duty, however Croatian team-mate Domagoj Vida tested positive. The defender played for 45 minutes in the 3-3 draw with Turkey on Wednesday night. Barisic was an unused sub for the game and will now travel to Sweden for Saturday’s Nations League clash. 2. Accies pressure increases
The pressure has increased on Hamilton Accies boss Brian Rice after the team suffered their second defeat to League Two opposition this season. The manager was confronted by irate Accies fans on Sunday following the club’s 8-0 defeat to Rangers at Ibrox which left the side rooted to the bottom of the table. 3. Ashley's Rangers battle continues
Rangers face an anxious wait regarding a legal battle with Sports Direct owner Mike Ashley which has been rumbling on. 4. Rangers 'can't afford' Kent new deal
Former Celtic ace Frank McAvennie has questioned whether Rangers will be able to afford a new deal for Ryan Kent. The £7m-winger has a deal until 2023 and was the subject of Premier League interest earlier this year. McAvennie said: “I am not sure if Rangers could afford to pay him the money he would want to renew terms again.
