Diehard supporter Iain cut into the custom-made cake, complete with club crest and colours on the icing, only to find green-and-white hoops covering the inside.
Photos of the prank have gone viral, while there is also a video of the cake being cut, with Iain’s work colleagues laughing it up in the background as the Celtic surprise is revealed.

Hide AdCupcakes by Lilian, the Ruchill-based company that made the sweet treat, said the birthday boy’s reaction was “fantastic”, while Iain himself posted on social media acknowledging his friends’ “superb” efforts.
