Raith Rovers 0 - 3 Livingston: Rory Boulding bowls Rovers over

A CLINICAL hat-trick by in-form Rory Boulding earned Livingston a 3-0 win over Raith Rovers, as the Fifers passed up the opportunity to move further clear of the drop-zone.

His opener was shrouded in controversy. He completely missed the ball with an ambitious attempted overhead kick in the box, but referee Iain Brines pointed to the penalty spot immediately, adjudging Jason Thomson to have fouled the attacker and the spot-kick was dispatched by Boulding, who sent David McGurn the wrong way.

Livi added a second before the interval, Bobby Barr hitting the bye-line and cutting back for Boulding. There was no mistake this time as he nestled a low effort into the corner.

The same man then defied a prohibitive angle to arrow another beautiful low finish into the corner of the net and claim the match balll.
