Old Firm for Thomson

Craig Thomson, Scotland’s representative at this summer’s Euro 2012 finals, has been named as the referee for the final Old Firm derby of the season as Clydesdale Bank Premier League champions Celtic tackle Rangers on Sunday.

Assistant referees Derek Rose and Alasdair Ross, who will also be travelling to Poland and Ukraine this summer as part of Thomson’s team, have been named for Parkhead by the Scottish Football Association.

Brian Winter is set to be the fourth official.
