A long awaited takeover of the club by a consortium led by former striker Dean Holdsworth was completed yesterday.
It is understood that the new owners of the club will meet with Lennon, though it is expected they will want to bring in their own head coach.

Hide AdThe former Celtic manager took over at the Macron Stadium in October of last season with the side struggling at the foot of the table.
There was an immediate reversal of fortunes as the side remained unbeaten in eight games and climbed 10 places up to 14th.
However, they were to end the season on a dismal run and that form has continued into this campaign, albeit with mitigating circumstances as player wages have often been delayed amid crippling financial problems off the field.
