The inevitable thing about good starts or unbeaten runs is that they come to an end. While we have had a great month and a half we face a massive test this weekend when we face one half of the Old Firm for the first time this season.

Although we have managed to claim occasional points from Rangers, we have not beaten them since Boxing Day 2002.

Should we lose, it is certain there will be a sense of disappointment but, even in the worst-case scenario of being hammered, there should be nothing taken away from what Stuart McCall has done so far.

Not only do we have a hugely-impressive ten points on the board, but we are playing a lovely style of football which will surely bring us further success as the year progresses.
