Materazzi can't mask his delight

INTER Milan's Marco Materazzi escaped with a warning after, bizarrely, running on to the pitch wearing a mask of Silvio Berlusconi, the Italian Premier and AC Milan owner, following Sunday's city derby.

Serie A leaders Inter beat second-placed Milan 2-0 despite being reduced to nine men, prompting Materazzi, who was an unused substitute, to don the rubber mask and charge on to the field in celebration.

The League's sporting judge also gave Inter's Wesley Sneijder a two-game ban for his 27th-minute red card for giving the referee sarcastic applause.
