The first day of next month marks the end of the transfer window and will finalise clubs’ squads for the remainder of the season – save for any free agents recruited under freedom of contract rules.
But now, for many clubs, transfers are front and centre of all focus.
There’s only one matchday left before the window closes for those final assessments and ppositional changes in the league to decide the route needed to be taken for the rest of season 2020-21 – but others have a clear run at the trading with games taking place next month.
Plenty of suggestions and speculative stories have been aired and you can be sure after a slow start to the month, things will heat up over these last five days.
