Inverleith’s final chance

INVERLEITH have to overturn Caledonian Cougars in today’s final at 4pm if they want to win the Grove Menzieshill Invitational Hockey Tournament.

Chris Grassick took his goal tally to 12 goals in four games last night but the Scottish indoor champions still slipped to a 6-5 defeat to Cougars, made up of half of the Scotland indoor squad.

Grassick also scored a double in a 5-2 victory over Highland Jaguars, a team made up of the other half of the Scotland indoor squad.
