If you take each game one by one, there is so much to play for throughout the league. At the top, there is just one point between Celtic and Rangers with the title race set to go down to the wire. Ange Postecoglou’s men have been at the forefront of a seven point swing since the return from the winter break, taking the top spot, aided by the 3-0 win over their rivals seven days ago.
The league leaders travel to Aberdeen who have had their struggles in recent weeks, both with results and performances but have shown they can get big results at Pittodrie and drew with Rangers last time out. Giovanni van Bronckhorst's side face a second Edinburgh side in the matter of days. They will be looking to build on the 5-0 win over Hearts against Hibs.
The battle for fourth spot and the top six is very tight. Dundee United host Motherwell, while another game to keep an eye on is Ross County v Livingston. Both sides have had issues this campaign but are beginning to look up the table.
The bottom two are both away and on paper St Johnstone have the easier fixture, away to St Mirren, with Hearts hosting Dundee at Tynecastle Park.

Aberdeen boss Stephen Glass remained coy over the potential signing of former Scotland international Robert Snodgrass. The attacker has been linked with a move to Pittodrie having been released last month by West Brom. Glass said: “We have got nothing to report in terms of anyone coming in at the moment.” (The Scotsman) Photo: Alan Harvey - SNS Group
Celtic will close their railed seating section for the Scottish Cup clash with Raith Rovers on Sunday. Concerns were raised by both Police Scotland and Glasgow City Council over the pyro display at the recent clash with Rangers. A letter was sent to fans. It said: "As a result of safety issues arising at our last home match, including widespread use of pyrotechnics, it has been deemed necessary to review the current matchday operations in the front part of the rail seating section." Ange Postecoglou has revealed Christopher Jullien has not been on the bench due to his selection choice rather than injury. The centre-back has returned to the first-team picture and the Celtic boss allayed fears he has suffered a setback. He said: “The bench is there to, hopefully, help us during the game, and for the most part we have attacking players on there. But Chris is training well, he’s fit and available and will get an opportunity.” (The Scotsman) Photo: Ross MacDonald - SNS Group
