It’s another big match for Scotland and yet another meeting with Israel – the third in three months for Steve Clarke’s side.

The national squad are on the verge of winning promotion from the Nation’s League Group B – but they need to win to be sure, or simply match the result of rivals in the Czech Republic.

Qualifying would go a long way to helping the World Cup bid for Qatar – the draw for those qualifying sections will be made next month, but winning here could go some way to giving Scotland a second-chance in a play-off – just like they exploited to much excitement last week in Serbia for the Euro 2020 championships.

All that’s in the background again for now but Steve Clarke will be hoping to feed off the feelgood factor from the Serbian result and performance in Slovakia on Sunday.

Will he get it? Will Scotland do it? We’ll follow them all the way.
