Boris Johnson sends message to the Scottish national team ahead of Serbia clash

Boris Johnson has sent his support to the Scottish national football team ahead of tonight’s crucial match in Serbia.

The Prime Minister will be cheering on Steve Clarke's men in their Euro 2020 play-off final in Belgrade as Scotland bid to qualify for their first major finals since 1998.

He has also offered his support to Northern Ireland who face Slovakia in their play-off final at Windsor Park.

The PMs spokesman stated: "The PM would wish all the home nations taking part in the playoffs this evening the very best of luck. The more home nations who qualify the better.”
