Indiscipline costs Strollers as Tynie fight back

STROLLERS started this game in lively fashion and got the breakthrough after a perfectly placed cross by Hogarth found Millar, who headed the ball over Gilbertson and into the net.

On the half-hour mark John Dunn made a terrific run into the Tynie box and his powerful shot took a wicked deflection and ended up in the net to double Strollers' lead.

Strollers were reduced to ten men when Dickson was picked up his second caution. Foster played a long ball forward, picked up by Sproule who broke away from the Strollers defence and smashed the ball low into the corner of the net, leaving Dillon no chance.

Strollers felt they could have had a penalty when Dunn broke away and was tripped by Foster but the referee judged the foul was committed outside the box. Sproule then got his second of the match when he broke away and smashed the ball past Dillon

Strollers' Burgess was also sent packing after pushing a Tynie player to the ground
