Hull settle Duffen dispute out of court

HULL yesterday attempted to draw a line under Paul Duffen's chairmanship by settling a legal dispute out of court.

The club could still be tackling the financial legacy of Duffen's two years in charge for some time to come but the two parties have now resolved their differences. City began proceedings against Duffen last month after accusing him of spending company money for private use whilst chairman. Duffen resigned as executive chairman last October.
