Supporters Direct Scotland contact Hibernian fans
SUPPORTERS Direct Scotland (SDS) is to begin consultation with Hibs supporters, initially through an online survey that will ascertain their long-term aspirations for their club and to ascertain if there is an appetite to explore community ownership models.
Paul Goodwin Head of SDS, said: “We are being contacted by many trusts and supporters keen to look at increasing fan and community ownership for their clubs. They have the confidence to look at the longer term future of their clubs and can see the benefits of community ownership to provide that platform as well as assisting the succession planning at their clubs. The Hibernian supporter survey will seek the opinions of as many fans as possible before we conduct a series of meetings and workshops with them.”
