McFadden signs for Everton

James McFadden has ended Celtic’s hopes he may move to Glasgow after resigning for David Moyes’ Everton. He put pen to paper on a new three year deal at Goodison Park yesterday, having been a free agent since the summer. (The Scotsman)

Beram Karyl’s advisor, on the other hand, has said he is committed to the club. The deal could be worth £16,000 per week and see the Israeli sign up until 2015. (Daily Mail)

Sion debacle continues

Celtic were told yesterday that they will remain the Europa League group stages even if FC Sion are reinstated. They were outlining the possibilities for Sion’s reintroduction to the tournament as part of a legal battle with the Swiss club. (The Scotsman)
