SPL Fanzone: Hibernian

The weekend saw another pleasing result for the Hibees, as we again showcased our ability to create lots up front while failing to keep a clean sheet at the other end.

We did manage to defend well for the second 45 minutes, though, which was a bit of a turn up for the books! It was great to see Leigh Griffiths getting his first goals and, with him and Garry O’Connor firing up front, we always look dangerous.

A double header against a teetering Celtic team is up next, and, with their defence looking every bit as shaky as ours, it looks like there will be a few goals in these two matches.

We seem to be keeping our best performances for the League Cup this season so far, so fingers crossed that will continue and we can make it through to our first semi-final for nigh on five years.
