The Frenchman is in his best ever shape as he gears up to go the extra mile in his quest to kick-start his career. Former Hearts forward Nade has been shedding the pounds this
summer following his release from Dundee in a bid to land a new club and prove wrong the doubters wrong who have
always labelled him too bulky.

The 29-year-old, who helped Dundee clinch promotion from the Championship to the SPFL with a goal in their dramatic
final-day win against Dumbarton before being released, is relishing his new lifestyle but admits for once in his life he doesn’t want to overdo it. Nade, who put a “selfie” on his
Facebook page showing his new ripped physique, said: “I’m in better condition than I’ve ever been in my career. In fact, if I lose any more weight I’d just look all bones which wouldn’t be healthy! I can’t go any further. I’ve always had a thing about my weight so that’s why I don’t want to say how much I’ve lost, or even what weight I’m now down to. But when I was back home in France recently, my Mum fed me up as she thought I needed it and ended up putting 2lbs back on, which I then worked off.

“That tells you how serious I am about staying in the best
possible shape. I know what I’ve got to offer in the future to whichever club that may be. In the past, I was never that good about looking after myself but it’s changed days.”

Nade has revealed his new regime has extended to a strict every day diet. He said: “I used to eat like a kid, especially when it came to sweets and fizzy drinks. That was my biggest problem. But that’s all gone now. I don’t touch fizzy drinks and in the evening I tend to have
something like soup and
vegetables.”
