Viral tweet sums up mood of Ibrox support after Scottish Cup defeat

While Hearts fans were delighted that their much-maligned side were able to reach the last four of the Scottish Cup, it's safe to say the mood was very different in the away end at Tynecastle.

Oliver Bozanic's goal proved to be enough for Daniel Stendel's men to dump their visitors out of the competition, though in reality the victory could and probably should have been more convincing.

Three days after such an excellent performance saw them eliminate Portuguese heavyweights Braga from the Europa League, Rangers were easily outplayed and outfought in Gorgie.

The result means it's almost certain that Steven Gerrard's men will finish the campaign without a major domestic trophy, as they currently trail rivals Celtic by 12 points in the title race.

It seems the Light Blues support have reached the end of their tether with the inconsistent Ibrox stars.

The away supporters can be seen leaning over the barriers in the Roseburn Stand to give the Rangers players a piece of their minds.

The video was shared by Celtic fan @bunbeg8 on Twitter with the caption: "I don't think they're very happy with their team!"

At the time of writing the tweet has been widely shared, gaining over 1,000 retweets and 5,000 likes.
