Formartine fight back

FORMARTINE staged a remarkable comeback from 3-0 down to a point against visiting Fraserburgh on Saturday.

Willie West’s well-taken brace either side of an Allan Hale strike had Fraserburgh cruising after 49 minutes.

But Formartine’s Stuart Smith reduced the leeway after keeper Paul Leask spilled a cross. Mark Smith trimmed the deficit further and Connor Rennie levelled in injury-time.
