Football: Swansea deny move for McFadden

SWANSEA chairman Huw Jenkins has dismissed speculation over a move for James McFadden and hit out at the media for "misleading" the club's fans.

City have been linked with a host of players ahead of their maiden Barclays Premier League campaign but Jenkins said: "I know speculation and rumour is part of football, especially at Premier League level. But it is getting an absolute farce."
