HOLDERS Corinthians will play their home matches in the Libertadores Cup behind closed doors after fans were accused of killing a young Bolivian supporter with a flare.

A Bolivian prosecutor charged two Corinthians fans with homicide and ten others 
of trying to cover up for them after the 14-year-old was killed during San Jose’s 1-1 home draw against the Brazilian side in Oruro on Wednesday.

• Brazilian Ronaldo will kick off Paris St Germain’s home Ligue 1 clash against Olympique Marseille tomorrow, in which his former Real Madrid team-mate David Beckham, 37, is poised to make his debut. The Brazilian World Cup winner and three-times world player of the year retired from the sport in 2011 but will kick the ball from the centre circle to the start the game. Paris top Ligue 1 on 51 points from 25 games, five ahead of third-placed Marseille.

• Italy centre-back Giorgio Chiellini could make his return for Celtic’s Champions League rivals Juventus against third-bottom Siena tomorrow as manager Antonio Conte looks to shuffle his pack ahead of next week’s top-of-the-table clash at Napoli. Chiellini, out since December with a calf injury, is not yet 100 per cent fit and is also one booking away from a ban which would see him miss the Napoli game on 1 March.

• Real Madrid and Beiersdorf AG have agreed a sponsorship deal designed to promote the La Liga club and the German cosmetic firm’s Nivea skincare brand. The agreement will run to the end of the 2015-16 season. A new Nivea advertising campaign featuring Real players Sergio Ramos, Marcelo, Gonzalo Higuain and Alvaro Arbeloa was also unveiled.

• FIFA has opened disciplinary proceedings against the Zambian Football Association for having allegedly transferred and registered players who were banned for match-fixing in Finland. FIFA said that the Zambian FA had apparently transferred eight players without an international transfer certificate and outside of the registration period. Fifa said disciplinary proceedings were started and the Zambian FA had been invited to explain its reasoning.

• Anna Signeul has named a 19-player Scotland women’s squad for the sixth annual Cyprus Women’s Cup between 6-13 March, where the Scots will initially play against New Zealand, England and Italy.

Rangers midfielder Megan Sneddon is the only addition to the squad that faced USA in a double-header earlier this month. Defenders Rachel Corsie and Ifeoma Dieke both remain unavailable for selection with long-term knee injuries.

The tournament will be held in Nicosia, Larnaca and Paralimni and the match against England on 8 March will be the first time the two sides have met since Kim Little marked her 50th cap with a goal in a 2-0 win at the 2011 tournament.
