Sno is currently a free agent after a move to Ado Den Haag fell through earlier this year.

The 28-year-old played at Celtic Park for two seasons between 2006 and 2008. He won two league titles and featured for Celtic in the Champions League, though never reached the initial hype around his signing.

After an underwhelming spell in Scotland he rejoined Ajax, whom he’d trained with in their youth academy, in 2008.

After a loan spell at Bristol City, Sno suffered from a cardiac arrest in 2010 while playing for Ajax reserves. Paramedics spent ten minutes resuscitating Sno on the field before he was taken to hospital.

He made a full recovery but his career has nose-dived since, with undistinguished spells at RKC Waalwijk (twice), NEC and Westerlo preceding the failed switch to Den Haag.
