Euro 2012: Poland hopeful over injured key players

Poland are hopeful injured midfielders Eugen Polanski and Dariusz Dudka, as well as defender Damien Perquis will recover in time for Saturday’s decisive Group A game against the Czech Republic.

Team spokesman Tomasz Rzasa said he was still waiting for results of medical tests on the players, but was optimistic all would be fit.

All three missed training yesterday and Dudka, who has strained stomach muscles, is likely to rest today as well. Polanski and Perquis are both carrying knee injuries.
