Rangers have announced the signing of striker Alfredo Morelos from HJK Helsinki on a three-year contract.

The 20-year-old becomes the first Colombian to ever sign for Rangers after completing his transfer, thought to be worth in the region of £1million.

He has netted 20 goals in 30 appearances so far this season for HJK, a club he’s played for since moving from Independiente Medellin in his homeland.

This signing represents Pedro Caixinha’s sixth signing of the summer as he continues to overhaul the first-team squad at Ibrox.
