A Ryan McCord penalty put Alloa ahead before half-time but Brechin were level when Alan Trouten equalised and Andy Jackson got the

winner with seven minutes left.

Stenhousemuir 2, Forfar Athletic 0

Dale Hilson hit the post for Forfar in the first half and a Chris Templeman header came back off the post for Brechin in the second half before Sean Dickson headed the opener for the hosts and, two minutes later, Greg Ross set up Darren Smith for the second.

East Fife 2, Albion Rovers 0

Collin Samuel gave East Fife a 12th-minute lead with a left-foot shot from Darren Smith’s cutback.

Bobby Barr and Paul Willis both had chances to add to it before half-time before Samuel scored his second a minute after the break and it was too much for Albion to retrieve.

Stranraer 0, Ayr United 1

Kyle McAusland forced an early save from David Mitchell as Ayr threatened and they took the lead just before the break when David Winters scored with a left-foot shot.

Stranraer tried to come back after the break but Ayr comfortably held on for the three points.
